Are you a brokerage?

  • No! Axis Advisory provides education-only programs. We do not list, price or market homes.

What if I already have an agent?

  • That's fine. The Toolkit works with or without an agent. It give you scorecards and checklist so you can hold the process to a higher standard

Do you handle repairs or vendors?

  • No. You or your agent hire and pay vendors. We give you vendor vetting templates, request-for-proposal (RFP) scripts, and Quality Assurance (QA) checklists so you can judge the work.

Does this work if it's my second or third time trying to sell?

  • Yes. The process is the same. We measure your materials against published standards and show you what needs to be fixed before you go back on the market.
