Axis Advisory offers three education-only programs designed to help homeowners understand why their home didn’t sell and how to prepare for a stronger relaunch. The Relist Readiness Toolkit is the starting point. It provides scorecards, checklists, and standards, allowing you to identify exactly where the gaps were in your first attempt.

From there, you can choose to keep going with the 7-Day Relist Sprint for live, guided support, or the Relist Concierge for weekly oversight until every part of your relaunch passes the published standards.

Relist Readiness Toolkit

A self-paced guide that helps homeowners understand why their home didn’t sell the first time and what may need to change. The Toolkit combines scorecards, checklists, templates, and case studies based on published industry standards, giving you a clear way to measure what missed the mark and prepare for a stronger relaunch.

  • A review tool that shows where your first attempt fell short, using four scorecards:

7-Day Relist Sprint (includes Relist Readiness Toolkit)

A live, one-week program that helps homeowners spot what went wrong the first time and get ready to try again. Each day you’ll follow short, guided prompts and join small-group sessions where we look at your photos, how your home came across to buyers, the property description, and the feedback from property tours. We compare each piece to published standards so you can see what met the mark and what didn’t. By the end of the week, you’ll know which parts need more attention before your home is seen by buyers again.

Our most in-depth program for homeowners who want guided oversight until their relaunch meets the standards. We don’t replace your agent or vendors — we show you how to measure their work against published benchmarks. You’ll start with the Toolkit and Sprint, then add ongoing reviews and structured support until your assets pass the standards.

  • 48-Hour Kickoff Audit: A complete Home Sale Autopsy with a “Top 3 Gaps” report.

Part 1 – Standards Audit & Action Plan

  • We review your prior attempt and Sprint outcomes to identify your top three gaps across property photos, property description, and home presentation.

  • You’ll receive a detailed Standards Audit Report and updated action plan.

Part 2 – Weekly Standards Reviews

  • Each week, you’ll upload current materials — such as photos, property descriptions, or vendor deliverables produced by your photographer, stager, or agent — for review against published benchmarks.

  • We provide an objective, rubric-based evaluation showing what meets the standard and where further improvement may be needed.

Part 3 – Accountability & Support

  • Includes a dedicated 30-day communication channel, priority Q&A within 24–48 hours, and continued access to the Feedback Tracker to monitor how buyers respond once your home is back on the market.

  • SLAs ensure timely responses and measurable support throughout the program.
