Are you a brokerage?

No. Axis Advisory is an education-only company. We do not set prices, market homes, or negotiate with buyers.

What if I already have an agent?

That’s fine. The Toolkit and our other programs work with or without an agent. They help you hold the process to a higher standard.

Do you tell me what price to list at?

No. We do not provide pricing opinions. We benchmark your materials against standards, not market values.

Do you handle vendors or repairs?

No. You or your agent hire and pay vendors. We provide vendor vetting templates, request-for-proposal (RFP) scripts, and Quality Assurance (QA) checklists so you can review their work.

What makes Axis Advisory different?

Most sellers never learn why their home didn’t sell. Axis programs compare your photos, property descriptions, and home presentation against published standards from national associations. It’s not opinion—it’s measurable.

Does this work if it’s my second or third attempt?

Yes. The same standards apply no matter how many times you’ve tried. We help you see the gaps and prepare for a stronger relaunch.

How do I access the programs?

Everything is online. Once you purchase, you’ll receive access instructions by email. Toolkit is self-paced; Sprint and Concierge include live support.
